Service was excellent. Flooring material was backordered twice. Sherry Kimball (manager) facilitated receiving material as soon as possible and kept me informed throughout the process. She went above and beyond to expedite the material to meet my moving schedule. Initially Sherry assisted in getting the correct flooring to ensure an exact match to the existing flooring material. She is very detailed oriented, organized and communicates all relevant information throughout the process. I highly recommend this company for their service and their product.

I highly recommend Floortex. We had some issues with our engineered wood flooring which were manufacturer related and not Floortex related. Floortex did everything they said they would do to fix the problems. From Jon, Sherry, Will, David, Chance, etc., everyone was very respectful, cleaned up behind their work, and were very professional. Thank you Floortex for taking good care of us!
